Hailia belongs to :iconrinskully:
I went all out with this xD
Hailia looked a tad gloomy to me and I had a rin saihate video playing at the time I was looking through the contest and characters.
Hailia is adorable and somewhat reminds me of Liechtenstein from Hetalia.
It's also a play on :iconrinskully:'s username since the rin part of it.

The sound bars and the ugly thing at the top that looks like a half-circle are mine.

(I wasn't able to figure out completely what hair colors she had)
